About

A local resource for homeowners who can't always be local.

Seahoam is a family-operated Home & Property Care company focused on helping shore-property owners stay connected to their homes when they can't be there themselves.

Family-run. Local. Accountable.

Built locally around the needs of shore-home owners.

Owning a home a few hours from where you live means depending on someone. For a lot of people that has meant a neighbor with a spare key, a cleaner who happens to be nearby, or a relative doing a favor.

Seahoam exists to replace that with something dependable: scheduled visits, a standard checklist, photos you can actually look at, and a person who answers when you have a question about your property.

Seahoam gives shore-property owners a reliable local resource when they cannot always be at the property themselves. Staying focused and family-run is a deliberate choice — it keeps us close to properties in our service area and personally accountable for how each visit is done.
